About Us

Redtree People is a new online service which aims to connect Clinical Research Professionals worldwide with jobs and contract opportunities.

By considering the needs of both the supply and demand sides of the Clinical Research marketplace, Redtree People, wherever possible, will look to improve the process of resource planning and human capital management to fully support its community of skilled professionals.

Redtree People is run by a group of individuals who are dedicated to improve the practice of resourcing within the Clinical Research space. The Directors of Redtree People provide a blend of strong industry skills and marketing best practice, with the necessary skills and disciplines to manage the network and to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

Sue Fitzpatrick

Sue Fitzpatrick

Sue Fitzpatrick gained a degree in Pharmacology and joined the Pharmaceutical Industry in 1980. She has been responsible for the management and audit of CRAs and clinical trials in a wide range of therapeutic areas.

Sue was elected to the executive board of The Institute of Clinical Research in 1991 and is an honorary Fellow of The Institute.

She was appointed as a Specialist Director of the Institute in 2010 and as Head of Education and Training.

John Hall

John Hall

John Hall is a highly experienced executive with international experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, consulting and service industries, primarily in research and development.

His responsibilities have included research and development operations management, consulting, change management, strategic planning, major facilities design, construction and management, marketing and international pharmaceutical product development.

Recent achievements have included the identification, negotiation and execution of strategic partnering deals with an aggregate fee value of over $1 billion and the turnaround of a niche CRO emerging from Chapter 11 protection.

He co-founded Leader Partners Ltd., a boutique consulting business, in 2008 and is now involved in aspects of M&A, new company formation, Angel investment and provision of advice and analysis to investors.

His long experience in the CRO business has led to his involvement in the development and co-founding of Redtree People allowing a flexible, online approach to the management of clinical trials through an international network of experienced locally-based professionals.

Victoria Winters

Victoria Winters

Victoria Winters has over 22 years experience in the pharmaceutical and CRO industry. Her expertise spans preclinical and clinical development, business development and marketing. She began her career in early development in Inveresk Research International (now Charles River) and moved to Syntex Research Scotland in 1991.

In 1995 she joined Quintiles and held positions in preclinical and clinical new business development, strategic partnerships and latterly as Director, Customer Relationship Management for the Clinical Development division.

In 2006 she joined the European Management team of AAIPharma Inc. as Vice President, Business Development with sales and marketing responsibility for Ph I-IV clinical business development and supporting services (bioanalysis, pharmaceutical sciences and clinical trial supplies).

At the end of 2008 she, alongside two colleagues, founded Leader Partners Ltd, a boutique consultancy company supporting companies in the healthcare industry with corporate and new business development, Supplier-Sponsor outsourcing relationships and offering pre-deal advice to investors in the CRO sector.

Victoria is passionate about effective relationship management and joined the Redtree People organisation to help promote a new paradigm in clinical trials resourcing.

 

Erik Jan Scholten

Erik Jan Scholten

Erik Jan Scholten is a senior executive in the healthcare industry. He developed his career in the pharmaceutical industry at Yamanouchi (now Astellas) in a number of European markets (Nordic, Benelux, UK) as sales and marketing director before joining Innovex (now Quintiles) where he was Director UK, between 1991 and 1997 and President of Innovex Europe at the time of its expansion between 1997 and 2001.

During his period in the UK he was responsible for the sales services division which grew in that period to over 1,000 contract staff.

As head of Innovex Europe he expanded the Innovex presence in Benelux, Nordic, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, through acquisitions of existing national CSO�s, as well as organic set-up in those countries where there was no appropriate acquisition target.

Post establishment of the European organisation, his focus was on operational excellence and identification and development of best practice across the region. By 2001, Innovex Europe had a total headcount of 5,000 field based contract staff. Since then, he has worked as Board Director at Doctors.net.uk, the UK's largest online doctor network, and set-up his own consultancy and founded Your Insight Ltd.

Andrew Baillie is a strategic thinker and CEO of Anderson Baillie, an integrated marketing services group practicing its own brand of business improvement consultancy called 'Business Growth' . The group also provides CRM and data services through Anderson Baillie Information Management and the delivery of design and digital solutions from Anderson Baillie Digital.

Specialising in the IT and technology markets, Anderson Baillie has been operating for over 20 years serving the needs of technology corporate's and growing businesses alike.

Applying his tech market experience and strategic insight Andrew has formed Redtree People to help improve the business processes associated with skills resourcing and recruitment across the technical industries.
